Underdrive Pulley Set 05/06 Mustang GT

Get back the power and torque your belt-driven accessories steal with Steeda’s underdrive pulleys. These pulleys slow down your accessories about 25%, reducing the drag on your engine. Reduced accessory drag results in more horsepower at the wheels. They even bump up gas mileage. Our pulleys are manufactured from billet steel, exceeding factory quality. They're also SFI race approved. The one-piece crankshaft pulley uses a high-tech injection molded bonded rubber damper, making it far more durable than "piggyback style" underdrive pulleys.

Timing Adjuster '96 - '04 4.6L Mustang

Steeda's Patented Timing Adjuster lets you advance or retard your ignition timing up to 10°, so you can tune your car for optimum performance. Advancing your ignition timing can net up to ten horsepower and better gas mileage. Supercharged Mustangs can also benefit by setting the timing back a few degrees, which allows you to run more boost and avoid detonation. We went the extra mile designing this part, to make sure it will fit with Steeda underdrive pulleys or Vortech and Paxton superchargers. Will not work with "piggyback" style underdrive pulleys. NOTE: May cause the check engine light to illuminate if the timing is advanced to more than 14° on 1999 and newer Mustangs

Thousands of Tri-Ax shifters already installed in Mustangs share some of their features, like an extremely short throw, precise action and stop-bolts to prevent damage to the transmission and linkage under hard usage. The factory steel mounting rail is replaced with a substantial billet beam for more positive location; and upgraded bushings are supplied to further reduce deflection under hard shifting. Base, handle and beam are all CNC machined by Steeda from 6061 Aluminum.

Steeda Autosports has now introduced a brand new Tri-Ax short-throw shifter just for the all-new Tremec TR-3650 transmission found on 2001 and later Mustangs. Like the rest of the Tri-Ax line the new shifter has been specifically engineered for the new transmission, yet retains all the great features of the current line-up of Tri-Ax shifters.

The new Tri-Ax starts with precision CNC machined billet aluminum body. The body's heavy-duty construction features no welds, stampings or castings for ultimate durability and precision engineering to fit right.

Inside, the pivot shaft has been specially designed to have the correct pivot ratio and short shift-throw for theTR-3650. The nickel-plated shaft won't rust or stain, and has been machined to exacting tolerances for smooth, precise operation. Offset pre-load springs make sure you find third gear every time and adjustable positive stops prevent damage to the transmission.

Up top, the Tri-Ax features an exclusive boot guard to prevent damage to the factory inner boot, two-position adjustable handle height and a new forged Tri-Ax shift handle. The forged aluminum handle is strongest and lightest handle available on the market. Its unique three-axis bend places the shift knob closer to the driver for fast, precise and comfortable shifts.

Steeda's T-56 Tri-Ax shifter for the T-56 transmition features an ergonomically correct handle and a two position asjustable height, for fast, smooth, comfortable shifts. Offset tension coil springs and a high-ratio pivot mechanism eliminate sloppiness and make power shifting easy. Adjustable travel stops/prevents damage to the trasnsmission shift forks.

NOTE: This shifter fits 2003/04 Cobra's with OEM T-56 transmission, and all other mustangs with AFTERMARKET T-56 conversion.

FOCUS SHORT THROW SHIFTER

Shift your Focus faster and easier with Steeda's Tri-Ax/F short throw shifter. The Tri-Ax/F is more than just a short handle. They re-engineered the entire shift mechanism with an improved pivot ratio so you can enjoy faster shifts without having to bend down to reach the shift knob. The shift knob is located in a more comfortable position than the too-tall factory shifter, without being too-short like other "short-throw" shifters

All Tri-ax shifters also include Steeda's Shift Assist, which improves spring tension to make quick shifts from second to third gear easier. This simple device lets you powershift with confidence, knowing you will find the right gear every time.

The Tri-Ax/F is manufactured with heavy duty parts to with stand abuse, including a CNC machined steel shaft and billet aluminum reverse lock. Installation can be done with basic hand tools by the do-it-yourselfer in two hours. The Tri-Ax/F for 2000 - mid 2002 fits all 2.0L Zetec Focus' equipped with the MTX-75 five-speed transmission.

The early style shift knob is on the left, late style shift is on the right. Cars built before April '02 have the early style. Cars built after April '02 have the late style. Cars built in April '02 must be checked and verified.
